What is like going against a major law firm such as Linebarger? It’s intensive, can be tiresome, thick skin is a must, and you have to realize that unlike most other law firms that will treat you with respect, that it not a particular treatment you will receive from the Linebarger attorneys. Be prepared for them to employ every trick, and every action available at their disposal to impede you in every way possible so that legal maneuvering supersedes fact.
